Each serving contains about 3,100mg of seven adaptogenic mushrooms (~450mg of each). That’s a potent amount, so we suggest starting in moderation and enjoying a few servings per day as your body adjusts.

You’ll also get about one-third the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee, which provides gentle, sustained energy—without the jitters or crash.

Most mushroom-based beverages leave sludge or sediment at the bottom of the cup, or floating on top. We know, because we tried them all (even imports from Europe) and faced the same problem. That’s why we invested in extensive R&D to develop a proprietary solubility technique NanoMx™that lets Earth Chai dissolve effortlessly, without fillers, or additives. Our process protects the natural benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms and Ayurvedic spices, so every cup is clean, consistent, and enjoyable from the first sip to the last.

NanoMx™ was developed during our R&D with the objective of creating a Mushroom and Ayurvedic Chai Beverage that dissolves cleanly, leaving minimal sediment to enhance taste, smoothness, and the overall drinking experience.

Your safety is our top priority. Earth Chai is blended and packed in the USA in a facility that follows strict FDA and Department of Agriculture guidelines. Our facility operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), which regulate everything from sanitation and equipment to quality control procedures.

We are regularly audited by the FDA and Department of Agriculture to ensure compliance with:

• FD&C Act CFR 101 (food labeling & safety)
• FALCPA 2004 (allergen labeling law)
• 21 CFR 110 (cGMP requirements for food processing)
   

In addition, our facility is fully registered with the FDA under the Bioterrorism Preparedness Act, which requires traceability and records retention to protect the food supply.

In plain terms: Earth Chai is made under the same safety and quality standards as other trusted U.S. food products.

Not yet, we’re a small company just getting started. While many of our ingredients are sourced organically, once blended, they cannot be certified because our current production facility is not USDA Organic Certified. This means that when we open a bag of organic ingredients, the blend itself no longer qualifies as certified organic.

Achieving full USDA Organic certification will take time, specialized equipment, and a substantial investment, especially since we use a unique process to make Earth Chai extremely soluble (a feature most mushroom beverages lack).

Rest assured, we are very health-conscious, as is our families and product support system, and we take great care in choosing safe, high-quality ingredients. You can also review our FDA and Department of Agriculture compliance above, so you can feel confident about what you’re drinking.

Fun fact: USDA Organic requires at least 95% of the ingredients to be certified organic. If it doesn’t say “100% USDA Organic,” then it isn’t 100% organic. Learn more here.
